📍 About Arlington, TX

The City Behind the Business.

Arlington is more than a zip code — it's one of Texas's most dynamic cities. Understanding its neighborhoods, roads, history, and economy is how we serve our clients better.

History & Economic Growth

Originally a stop on the Texas and Pacific Railway, Arlington was incorporated in 1884 and named after Robert E. Lee's Arlington House in Virginia. The city grew as a quiet farming community and cotton ginning center between the larger cities of Dallas and Fort Worth.

The 1961 opening of Six Flags Over Texas transformed Arlington into an entertainment destination. The Ballpark in Arlington (now Globe Life Field) brought the Texas Rangers, and AT&T Stadium (2009) brought the Dallas Cowboys' $1.2 billion showpiece. UTA grew from a small college into one of the largest universities in Texas. Arlington's strategic decision to become the largest U.S. city without public transit fueled car-oriented commercial development, while the entertainment district became one of the most concentrated sports and tourism corridors in America.

Today that entertainment and education economy continues — with more small business owners than ever, and more who need clean books to grow with confidence.
