Tides Bookkeeping does not sell your personal information, and has not done so in the preceding 12 months. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16.

We will need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We aim to respond to verified requests within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension if reasonably necessary.

Shine the Light (California Civil Code §1798.83)

California residents may request, once per year, information about disclosures we have made (if any) to third parties for direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, email us at dan@tidesbookkeeping.com. We do not currently share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Other State Privacy Rights

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Florida, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain uses of their personal information. Contact us at dan@tidesbookkeeping.com to exercise these rights.

Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
