Is there a setup fee? +
No setup fees, ever. You pay the flat monthly rate and nothing else. Onboarding and integration are included.
What if my expenses go over the plan limit? +
We'll reach out before that happens and help you move to the right plan. No surprise charges — we always communicate first.
What software do you use? +
We primarily use QuickBooks Online and Puzzle.io, but we integrate with all major platforms. Your software subscription cost is included in your plan.
Do you do catch-up bookkeeping? +
Yes. If you have a backlog of unreconciled books, we handle the catch-up before starting your monthly service. Catch-up pricing is quoted separately based on how far behind you are.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice — no penalties, no hassle.
Do you work with my CPA? +
Yes — we work alongside your existing CPA or tax preparer and keep your books organized in exactly the format they need for filing. We also offer CPA consultations directly through Tides.
